The One-on-One program is our ongoing personal training membership program. This is for people who know they want to workout with a trainer on a regular basis and are serious about reaching and maintaining their goals of optimal health and fitness.
This program has two different options. This first option is exercise specific and is tailored for those who understand their eating regimen and are looking only for an excellent workout and workout plan. For those looking for the complete package, the second option includes customized nutrition coaching. This allows your trainer to coordinate your exercise and nutrition for optimal results.
