The Group Coaching Plan is for those who want an up-tempo, charged group workout environment. Class size has a maximum of 12 participants to ensure each of the exercises is done safely with maximum benefit. With a limited class size we strive to give each of our participants personal attention throughout the class.This is a regimented program designed to deliver a well rounded fitness experience in a group setting. The class will focus on the whole body during the hour and each class will include different exercises. Boredom is not a possibility with this class! Bring a friend or meet some new ones. We promise you won't be disappointed.
